• Paid media management
• Content creation and SEO
• Social media marketing

3. Subscription Terms

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for unused services
• Service hours and deliverables are specified in your subscription plan

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
• Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to our methodologies, templates, and tools used in providing services.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your confidential information private and secure. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver excellent results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the previous three months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work, and we will provide a final invoice for services rendered.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Orleans, Louisiana.
